What is Vital Health Network? Vital Health Network provides advice and recommendations on a whole host of medical issues. This advice is tailored to your specific medical history and comes from a qualified and credentialed physician. The advice will include how to treat certain medical conditions through the use of natural remedies and following a healthy lifestyle. Our mission is to provide affordable access to physicians who can in turn improve the lives of our customers.
How does it work? From our Conditions We Treat page, find the ailment that best describes your reason for visiting us. Click the Start button and proceed with the interactive questionnaire. This questionnaire can take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to complete depending on your responses. Complete the questionnaire and then wait for the physician to get back with you, usually within 12 hours. Access your secure account and read the message from the physician. It's that simple!
How much is a consultation? You can select up to three condition topics during each visit. The first condition topic is $28.50 and all subsequent condition topics within the same visit is discounted by 50%. Vital Health Network has partnerships with some large insurance groups and employers. By using the link provided by your insurance company or employer, your discount will be automatically applied.
When can I expect a response from a physician? Once you have completed the online interactive questionnaire, your information is immediately sent to the first available physician. In most cases, you will receive a response in a matter of hours. However, in the rare case you haven't received a response within 24 hours then please contact our Member Services Department.
What if I'm not satisfied with the physician's recommendation? If you are unhappy with your physician's advice, please send him or her a secure message from your account explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Our physicians want to work with you and they will be more than happy to ensure you have a positive experience.
Can I get a refund if I'm still unhappy with the physician's advice? We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Vital Health Network provides a 30-day refund policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of your consultation and we will happily refund your money in full. Please email your request to memberservices@vitalhealthnetwork.com. Include the reason for your request, date and time of the consultation, as well as the physician with whom you were working.
What kind of physicians does Vital Health Network employ? Physicians in the Vital Health Network are providing services on a contractual basis. These physicians have been credentialed and most specialize in naturopathic or integrative medicine.
How do I know the physicians are legitimate? We want to provide our customers with the best care possible. In order to be certain that you are receiving care from legitimate, experienced physicians, we verify each physician’s license with their state's regulatory board, and require every physician to provide proof of their liability insurance. Only physicians with licenses in good standing and without disciplinary action are approved within our system.
Do you accept insurance? We do not file insurance claims on behalf of our customers. However, all customers are provided with the appropriate forms to file. Under “Billing Information” in “My Account” you will find “Transaction History” with the option to print receipts from your consultation to file with your insurance company.
Do I have to rate my physician? Once you have completed a consultation, we encourage you to review your physician. This is not only a great source of feedback for our physicians but also for other customers. You have the option of reviewing your physician anonymously. We will remove any reviews that are not pertinent to your physician’s services.
What are your browser requirements? To receive the optimal Vital Health Network experience, it is best to use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Having the most recent version of either browser will ensure an optimal user experience.
What kind of payment options do you accept? We accept credit and prepaid cards with the VISA, MasterCard, or Discover logo.
How do I know my credit card information is secure? All credit card information is transferred over a secure server. We have taken all precautions necessary to ensure that your information remains secure and private. For more information, see our Security and Privacy Policy.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement? The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Vital Health Network.
I forgot my password! If you forget your password simply follow the forgotten password link next to the login and enter some basic information and you will receive a reset password by email. The next time you log in use this password and you will be prompted to select a new password.
